MagicInterview is available in nine languages, and the people who need it are searching for help with a very specific moment: the interview on Thursday, the client call tomorrow. You will help them find us, understand quickly what it does, and decide with confidence. You write, measure and ship.
What you will do#
- Own the website's content and search: the use-case pages, the news posts and the answers to questions people actually ask, in every language we publish.
- Write in our voice, which is plain, calm and specific, and keep it consistent across languages, working with native speakers and reviewers.
- Own the App Store and Google Play listings: copy, screenshots, keywords and localization.
- Measure what works with product analytics: which pages bring people in, where they drop off and what makes them start. Report it plainly and change the plan.
- Build honest growth loops: practice and research as ways in, partnerships with coaches and communities, and content that deserves to be shared.
- Work with engineering to ship growth experiments in the product, not only around it.
What we are looking for#
- A record of growing a product through content and search, with results you can describe in numbers.
- Excellent writing in English, and a feel for plain language.
- Experience with international or multilingual growth, ideally including at least one of our other languages: Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese or Korean.
- Comfort with analytics and experiments, and honesty about what the numbers say.
- A bias to ship, and the taste to know what not to publish.
Nice to have#
- App Store optimization experience.
- Experience with careers, education or sales-enablement audiences.
- Basic comfort editing a web page or a content file yourself.
