MagicInterview helps people say the right thing at the right time, in the conversations that change their work and their income. We build native apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac, a web app, and the speech and AI systems behind them, and we ship in nine languages.
We are a small team, so each person owns something real. If you like clear problems, calm software and being trusted with a whole area, you will probably like it here.
How we work#
- Remote-first, Europe time zones. Work from where you work best. We keep a few hours of overlap in Europe time zones so decisions do not wait a day.
- Flexible hours. What matters is what ships and how well it works, not when you were online.
- Small and written. Few meetings. We decide in writing, keep it short and leave a record of why.
- Ship in small steps. Most changes reach people the same week, and we write down what changed in the news.
- Real product, real people. We read every message people send us and fix what they report.
